We are partnering with our client, a leading premium flash sales business operating across Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. The business works directly with luxury brands and official distributors to transform past-season inventory into high-performing, sustainable online sales experiences.
Sustainability is core to the business, with millions of items redirected from landfill through a circular retail model and ongoing CSR initiatives.
About the Role
As the Ecommerce Executive, you will support the execution of online flash sales, ensuring a seamless experience from product launch through to checkout. This is a hands-on role combining e-commerce operations, digital execution, and cross-team coordination.
You will work closely with brand partners and internal teams to deliver accurate, visually polished, and commercially effective online launches. The role suits someone who enjoys detail, structure, and seeing the direct impact of their work on sales performance.

Digital merchandising: Execute on-site visual merchandising strategies to maximise sales and ensure premium brand representation
Asset management: Carry out basic photo editing tasks such as resizing and cropping, and create banner assets for the website as required
Promotion and logic execution: Coordinate backend setup of promotional codes, quota rules, and tiered pricing
Quality assurance: Act as the final checkpoint prior to launch by placing test orders and verifying promotions, customer groups, and checkout flows
Performance analysis and reporting: Prepare end-of-event sales reports, providing insights into revenue performance, trends, and stock turnover
UX optimisation: Regularly audit the site across mobile and desktop to identify bugs or friction points, with a focus on reducing cart abandonment
Operational liaison: Work closely with warehouse teams to monitor fulfilment performance and resolve delivery issues efficiently
All-hands support: Support customer service during peak periods and assist with in-person sales events when required
