We are seeking to expand our Data Operations team in Istanbul that focuses on creating the annotation data for our AI model to learn new health and safety measures for our AI-powered HSE platform.

What You'll Do?
- Analyze and interpret data efficiently, providing insights that support and drive business needs.
- Understand operational problems and communicate effectively with other teams to enable smooth collaboration.
- Deliver timely reports, including weekly and monthly performance summaries of accounts.
- Manage team projects and present progress on a weekly and monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Monitor and track KPIs to ensure targets are being met.
- Use JIRA to report and communicate business issues clearly within the team and the other teams.
- Monitor and report on AI model performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
What We're Looking For?
- You have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (required)
- You have graduated from a well-regarded university, which is a plus.
- You are eligible to work within a shift system.
- You have 0–1 years of experience or a strong interest in the Health and Safety field.
- You bring an understanding of health and safety best practices and can demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and applying them using AI.
- You are an ambitious individual with a growth mindset who embraces new technology and is excited to work in a fast-moving SaaS startup environment.
- You are comfortable working independently, and previous remote work experience is a plus.
