Job Description

We partner with one of the leading global sports brands, to deliver a dedicated team of producers globally. Working with the internal Comms and Storytelling Team producers to deliver end-to-end strategic and operational marketing services across the entire global comms journey. Acting as an extension of internal resources, you are expected to deliver high-quality productions that fulfil the creative vision and optimise the creative opportunity..

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Production Responsibilities:

• Production Authority

• Understanding of production trends, costs & way of working

• A clear understanding of budget management, and cost negotiations at various production levels, of 1+ million Euros per production. Bids, estimates, cost negotiations, PO mgmt & tracking production costs

• Experience in business affairs: Legal clearances, insurance and usage rights

• Ability to manage multiple production timelines & deliver on time in full

• Experience with international athletes, celebrities, fashion brands & management

• On set attendance, 40% travel globally often last minute & for longer periods

• Uphold + enforce high-quality standards for all deliverables

• In addition: production resource network, music management, post-production,

• Compliance & Governance of client wow & guidelines

Admin Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing updates/forecasting in tracking docs

• Ensuring paperwork is consolidated and filled during and after the shoot.

• Final reconciliations including archiving

• Understanding & compliance to policies

Jellyfish:

• Mentoring & lead Producers on productions

• Holistic understanding of operating model + global strategy + business priorities

• Understand the “line” & partnership between two organisations

• Cascade Jellyfish business communication & implementation Jellyfish processes

• Foster a collaborative + innovative + high-performance team culture

Qualifications:

• 6+ years’ experience in cross-media (print, digital and TV) shoot production.

• Able & willing to travel

• Fluent English. Additional languages a plus: Spanish + Italian + German.

• Solid understanding of marketing industries, processes and communication channels.

• Be sociable & join a fun collaborative team

• Fantastic stakeholder management. Internally & externally as a fully client-facing role

• Solution driven

• Flexibility in working hours due to time zones, shoot schedules and travel.

• Great communicator providing progress updates and escalating as required
