We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Engineer Specialist to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will work closely with product and backend teams to deliver feature-rich, accessible, and responsive user interfaces. You will have ownership over front-end architecture decisions, implement reusable component libraries, and ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability. The role operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where staying ahead of emerging front-end trends and frameworks is essential. Ideal candidates are experienced in React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks, and are passionate about building seamless, high-quality user experiences. Accountabilities:
- Define and deliver product features according to client and business requirements.
- Architect and develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces.
- Build and maintain reusable components and a scalable design system using React, TypeScript, Shadcn UI, and Tailwind CSS.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to design API contracts and ensure seamless data integration.
- Optimize load times, rendering performance, and runtime efficiency for large-scale applications.
- Implement and maintain automated testing for front-end components.
- Stay up to date with emerging front-end trends, frameworks, and performance optimization techniques.
- Review code and maintain high standards of quality, accessibility, security, and maintainability.
Requirements:
Candidates should have strong technical expertise, proven experience in front-end development, and a collaborative mindset.
- 6+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable front-end applications in production.
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native.
- Experience with Python for backend integration or full-stack contributions.
- Knowledge of component-driven architectures with Shadcn UI and Tailwind CSS.
- Solid experience integrating REST APIs into front-end applications.
- Familiarity with performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
