Accountabilities

Requirements
- 7-10 years in change management or learning & development focusing on technology adoption
- Proven success in driving behavioral change in distributed organizations
- Experience in designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning programs
- Comfort with emerging technology concepts; experience in AI/ML adoption preferred
- Strong grounding in change management frameworks and adult learning principles
- Excellent facilitation skills for workshops and process improvement sessions
