In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to support our partner's business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data analysis that drives strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce and a strong background in data analysis. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of our partner's operations and help them achieve their goals in a remote environment.
Accountabilities
- Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their data needs.
- Design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Build custom apps, formula fields, workflows, and other content.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce.com usage and data management.
- Drive projects to completion on time and within scope.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
- At least three years of experience as a data analyst.
- Salesforce.com Admin certification preferred.
- Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, or Developer certifications preferred.
- Proven ability to design and implement processes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices.
- Strong data management abilities.
- Documented history of successfully completing projects.
