Accountabilities
- Lead the market strategy design process for priority foodscape teams.
- Provide consulting and advisory support on business and financial matters.
- Develop and implement frameworks that support regional teams in identifying market interventions.
- Support capital mobilization goals by developing investable opportunities.
- Communicate complex finance and market concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a pipeline of market-based projects.
- Scope opportunities to scale validated solutions to other initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Experience working with agribusiness or local agriculture communities.
- Experience developing complex projects in an unstructured environment.
- Experience managing large scale projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience developing business plans and financial models.
- Experience in presenting technical work to various audiences.
