We are hiring a Female Part Time Assistant for our reputable company in Jdeideh area.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage daily administrative tasks & maintain office organization
•    Handle incoming calls, emails & correspondence professionally
•    Schedule appointments & manage calendars
•    Prepare reports & documents as needed

 

Key Qualifications:
•    1+ years of Experience as an Assistant
•    Fluency in English & French
•    Presentable and Age under 45
•    Good knowledge in Excel
•     Residence should be Near

We are offering:
•    Working Days Mon to Fri for 6 hours per day (Flexible)
