Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Real Estate Acquisitions Agent to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the acquisitions process, working closely with property sellers ensuring a smooth transaction that meets the needs of all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Networking: Build and maintain relationships with property sellers to create a steady pipeline of potential deals.
- Property Evaluation: Analyze and assess properties to determine fair market value, identify potential repair costs, and evaluate the investment potential.
- Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with sellers to secure contracts that align with the company's investment strategy, working to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Lead Management: Use our CRM (Monday.com) effectively to manage leads, document interactions, and follow up systematically to maximize conversion rates.
- Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends and local market conditions to provide informed recommendations on potential acquisitions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful deal closures.
- Consistent Communication: Maintain clear and ongoing communication with all stakeholders throughout the acquisition process, keeping sellers informed and engaged.

- Daniel Newman: As the former Cofounder and CEO of Dandy, a technology startup, Daniel raised over $3.3 million from A-list Silicon Valley investors, built a high-performing team, led the company to reach the top 10 in the App Store, and successfully exited in 2022 when it was acquired by a real estate technology company that serves over 300,000 residents nationwide. Daniel has a degree in Real Estate Development from USC, holds a California real estate broker’s license, and was wholesaling properties himself before teaming up with Jordan to build Kingdom Homes. Daniel’s expertise in scaling technology-driven businesses, streamlining operations, and driving innovation brings unique systems and strategies that drive exceptional results within the team.

Requirements
- Proven Experience: Previous experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or related areas is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of the real estate market.
- Exceptional Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with sellers to secure favorable deals, while establishing trusting relationships.
- Drive and Ambition: A self-starter with a strong work ethic who is motivated to attain and exceed sales targets.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing property values and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all procedures.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in using technology tools for tracking and managing leads.
- Positive Attitude: A team player who displays resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges.
Benefits
What We Offer:
- Compensation: Earn 15% of profits for each deal you close. On-target earnings for this role is $75,000-$150,000 for the first year, but there is no earnings ceiling, your income is entirely performance-based!
