Sales Executive - Czech/Slovakian Speaker (Base salary + commission - OTE €56,000-€61,000)

We are in an exciting phase of growth, expanding rapidly across Europe and internationally, with teams located in Munich, London, Nottingham, Stockholm, and Atlanta.
While we have regional offices, our vision is for our global sales teams to collaborate closely, sharing best practices and continually refining our sales strategy. We are seeking talented and ambitious individuals who want to join our global expansion efforts and support the establishment of our presence in Central and Eastern Europe, based out of our Munich office. Our Munich team will be responsible for the DACH region, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will manage your own pipeline and work with business owners in the Czech Republic and Slovakia to understand their funding needs, sell the Liberis solution and then assist them through the process to completed funding. Uniquely, our partnership model drives a high volume of qualified, inbound leads that our Sales team are experts in converting.
In this role, you’ll engage directly with business owners to understand their funding needs, present the Liberis solution, and support them throughout the process to secure funding. Internally, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Partnerships, Operations, and Risk to ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Our hybrid approach
Working together in person helps us move faster, collaborate better, and build a great Liberis culture. Our hybrid working policy requires team members to be in the office at least 3 days a week, but ideally 4 days. At Liberis, we embrace flexibility as a core part of our culture, while also valuing the importance of the time our teams spend together in the office.
