Role Summary:
As a Marketing Specialist, you'll shape the future of Search/Assistant products for Indonesian users. You'll own the full marketing experience, from insights and competitive analysis to driving game-changing campaigns in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Role:
- Develop an insight-led Consumer marketing plan for the Indonesian market, identifying and prioritising key opportunities and challenges for Search, Assistant, and Business Profile products.
- Lead the launch and execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring all initiatives are optimised for efficiency and impact.
- Support essential research into user behaviour, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Apply marketing analytics, statistical analysis, and experimentation (A/B testing) to clarify performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Use SQL to analyse large datasets and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate closely with product, comms, regional, and in-country teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities by developing creative and non-traditional solutions for complex, undefined problems.
You:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, or communications, with a proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity.
- Experience working with digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, combined with solid project management skills and the ability to lead projects independently.
- Expertise with marketing analytics and statistical analysis; proven experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Ability to use SQL to analyse large datasets and prioritise them into actionable insights.
- Exceptional adaptability, strong teamwork skills, dedication, and a positive attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, technology work environment and navigate ambiguity in a complex matrix organisation.
- Exceptional verbal and written English, and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with strong communication and presentation skills
