SEO Responsibilities
- Own the company’s onsite and offsite SEO performance
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with modern AI-driven and conversational search behaviour
- Optimise the company for AI-powered discovery engines (Google AI Mode, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity and other LLM-based search tools) using structured data, entity optimisation, and answer-based content
- Perform keyword research, search intent analysis and keyword mapping focused on revenue-generating terms
- Conduct regular website health audits (technical SEO, crawlability, speed, structure) and implement improvements
- Manage technical SEO, including site architecture, indexing, performance, and schema markup
- Lead outreach and link-building activities to strengthen domain authority
- Track competitors’ keyword visibility, content strategies, backlink profiles, and market positioning
- Work closely with the Marketing Team Leader and Developer to implement SEO improvements
- Create and optimise SEO-focused content including landing pages, product pages and blog articles
- Ensure all content is written to drive rankings, engagement and conversions, not just traffic
- Use AI tools for content ideation, drafting and optimisation while maintaining the company’s brand voice and quality standards
- Support conversion-rate optimisation by improving page structure, calls-to-action and content flow
PPC Responsibilities
- Own the setup, management and optimisation of all Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display and Remarketing)
- Conduct keyword research, bid management and budget optimisation to maximise lead quality and ROAS
- Write and test high-converting ad copy and landing page messaging
- Run A/B tests on ads, keywords and landing pages
- Track, report and optimise conversion performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads
- Monitor spend, CPL, ROAS and lead quality and make data-driven optimisation decisions
Requirements
Required
- Strong knowledge of SEO ranking factors, technical SEO and modern search behaviour
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable performance outcomes
- Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis and conversion-focused optimisation
- Strong writing skills for both SEO content and paid ad copy
- Ability to use AI tools for research, content creation and performance optimisation
- Experience with WooCommerce and Rank Math
- Experience using GA4, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager and schema markup
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into action
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
Desirable
- Experience in B2B or high-value product marketing
- Experience working with long sales cycles and lead-quality optimisation
- Experience managing SEO for large or multilocation websites
- Basic understanding of HTML / CSS
- Familiarity with CloudFlare
