About the Role
We’re looking for a Integrations Project Coordinator to join our Customer Implementation Team. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Implementation Operations, you’ll be the central coordination point for customer integrations—ensuring interface, SSO, POS, and accounting export projects are delivered smoothly while supporting healthcare and senior living organizations in transforming their foodservice operations with MealSuite’s technology.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end coordination of integrations projects (interfaces, SSO, POS, and accounting exports) in partnership with the Integrations and Implementation teams.
- Maintain real-time project plans and dashboards, tracking timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables while proactively escalating blockers.
- Manage project intake, prioritization, scheduling, and change requests; support capacity planning and resource allocation for the Integrations team.
- Serve as the primary coordination point between customers and internal teams—facilitating kickoffs, requirements validation, technical discussions, UAT, and go-live activities, while ensuring clear communication and documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of experience supporting customer implementations and/or onboarding projects in a SaaS environment.
- Basic working knowledge of software integrations; experience working with complex products is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related productivity tools; familiarity with project tracking or collaboration tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and an empathetic, customer-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required).
Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 CAD / $60,000 USD – $80,000 USD Per Year
This role requires working onsite in our Cambridge or Dallas office two days per week.
