Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and interactions to detect potential violations of safety policies and community standards.
• Conduct in-depth investigations into reported incidents, analyzing evidence to recommend appropriate actions and solutions.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and enhance policies that promote a safe online environment.
• Generate comprehensive reports detailing safety incidents and trends for management review to inform strategic decisions.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in digital safety to ensure proactive and effective measures are in place.
• Engage with users to educate them on safety practices and foster awareness of potential online risks.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Prior experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.
