Your Role:
- Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Familiarize yourself with our client systems to deliver high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies suitable for remote work.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work (remotely) while residing in Greece.
