Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support in Italian through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Guide customers through financial service inquiries, product features, and technical assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Effectively resolve customer issues while striving for high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and process efficiency.
- Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes in the FinTech landscape.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the FinTech or financial sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with financial terms, products, and CRM systems is a plus.
