As a Specialist, Talent Partnerships, you will support objectives and initiatives of the Talent Division within Creative Partnerships at NBCU, the centralized destination of NBCU portfolio Advertising and Partnerships on-air talent strategy, events, and partnerships; The Talent Division supports four areas of the NBCUniversal business: The Company’s annual Upfront presentation and preceding Talent marketing shoots; Cross-Portfolio Talent Advertising Deals, NBCU Talent Appearances at Advertising and Client Events, and Internal Videos for clients and Global Advertising & Partnership initiatives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Conduct ongoing portfolio Talent research and maintain Talent reference documents
- Coordinate Talent Travel and logistics for Talent events and partnerships, as well as create Talent Travel & Event Itineraries
- Book, track and negotiate talent vanities in accordance to precedent and BA approved rates
- Track and report ad sales talent exclusivities, affiliations, competitive advertiser information on company-wide talent database
- Assist with Talent on-site management at events and shoots as needed
- Support casting ideation sessions for all events and productions needing talent
- Gather post-event press coverage and event photos
- Orchestrate Talent Gifting program following Events
- Track Event budgets and all incurred talent costs
- Coordinate routing of Talent contracts and serve as a liaison with talent and/or talent representatives on all mutually agreed upon deal points (ie. social posts) as needed
- Provide ongoing administrative support to Talent team (Scheduling Talent prep calls/meetings, etc.)
- 3+ years of talent management experience on a television network or media organization
- Must be able to work outside of normal business hours as job duties or assignment requires, sometimes with little or no advance notification
- Experienced in managing multiple ongoing projects simultaneously and successfully
- Must be willing to travel; attending events and production shoots as needed
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY, four days per week in a hybrid capacity Monday - Thursday with flexibility to adjust as business needs dictate
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States now and in the future
DESIRED QUALITIES:
- Candidate must be well organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and juggle multiple projects at same time
- Must have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with excellent interpersonal skills
Salary range: $65,000 - $70,000
