Deliver a fast, seamless, human experience every step of the way.
🧠 Who You Are
3+ years of tech recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
A natural hunter who thrives on sourcing, not just screening.
You’ve worked in a startup or scale-up and love the pace.
You “speak tech” — from backend to AI, you get what you’re hiring for.
Organized, proactive, and driven by results.
💡 Bonus points if you’ve recruited in AI / ML / generative tech or helped scale a global remote teambefore.
