Join the fast-growing tech startup Webshare as an Email Marketing Manager and take the lead in transforming email into one of our primary revenue-driving channels. This is a newly created role for a dedicated owner who can build the infrastructure, strategy, and execution needed to effectively monetize our rapidly expanding user base.
Webshare is part of Oxylabs – a team of 500+ professionals developing cutting-edge web data-gathering solutions for many of the world’s best-known businesses.
Your day-to-day:
- Revenue Generation: Strategize and execute email campaigns specifically designed to drive new revenue, upsells, and cross-sells within the Webshare ecosystem.
- Infrastructure Setup: Set up, configure, and manage the full email marketing and automation infrastructure (likely from scratch or major overhaul).
- Lifecycle Automation: Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys (Onboarding, Trial-to-Paid conversion, Churn Prevention, and Win-back flows).
- Execution & Deployment: Own end-to-end email campaign execution including planning, setup, copywriting, A/B testing, deployment, and reporting.
- Segmentation: Deeply segment contact lists based on user behavior (e.g., usage data, plan type), preferences, and lifecycle stages to ensure high relevance.
- Optimization: Relentlessly optimize for deliverability, open rates, and most importantly, conversion to paid.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Product and Design to ensure email touchpoints align with the user dashboard experience and brand voice.
- Reporting: Analyze performance data weekly, translating metrics into actionable insights regarding revenue impact.
Your skills & experience:
- Experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing and automation, preferably in a SaaS or Tech environment.
- Revenue Focus: Proven track record of using email as a channel to drive measurable revenue growth.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with email automation tools (ActiveCampaign, SendGrid, Klavyio, or similar).
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template adjustments.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex metrics and translate insights into actionable revenue strategies.
- Compliance Knowledge: Up-to-date with email privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Communication: Excellent written English and project management skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the Proxy/Data/SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, or custom internal tools).
- Basic design skills (Figma, Canva) for quick asset creation.
- Strong copywriting skills for B2B/SaaS audiences.
Salary:
- Gross salary: 2700-4300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
