Content Creator for a YouTube Channel (US-based/Remote)

We’re seeking a confident and personable Street Interview Host to lead engaging, on-camera conversations with locals across South Africa. These interviews will explore people’s career paths, experiences, and perspectives for a YouTube series focused on authentic, real-world stories.

Location: South Africa (on-site filming)
Type: Freelance / Project-based

Responsibilities:

• Go out to different public spots and talk to locals on camera.
• Conduct at least 10 short interviews per session.
• Keep the conversations natural, respectful, and engaging.
• Coordinate with our production team on planning and logistics.

Requirements

• Based in South Africa and comfortable filming in public.
• Great communication skills and confident on camera.
• Some experience hosting or interviewing on video is preferred.
• Access to a videographer (who will also be paid) is a plus.

Benefits

Payment:
Pay is per interview session, based on the number of completed interviews. Rates are discussed and agreed upon before filming.
