- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multinational or technology company.
- Have strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including the ability to analyze large sets of data, strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and storytelling.
- Are proficient in Excel.
- Are fluent in English.
- Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have excellent presentation skills.
