- Contribute to continuous improvement across product practices and team collaboration.
Components for success. You...
- Bring 5+ years strong product management experience in bingo, gaming or interactive entertainment.
- Have hands-on experience working on marketing/promotional features, player experience, or games.
- Understand player behaviour, engagement loops, and promotional mechanics.
- Ensure customer focus to enable customer value and delight.
- Are confident using data and insights to guide decisions and iteration.
- Collaborate effectively and create strong working relationships at all levels.
- Communicate proactively and clearly, effectively influencing decisions.
- Thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and are outcome-driven.
- Exhibits a calm and measured approach to inspire, engage and motivate.
