- Bring a minimum of 3 years of practical experience leading software development projects of varying sizes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and ensuring successful delivery.
- Are proficient in using Jira and Confluence to manage projects and collaborate effectively.
- Confidently work with the Microsoft Office Suite to support planning and reporting.
- Possess a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and are well-versed in project management methodologies and frameworks, including Agile and others.
- Are well-organized, self-motivated, and proactive in driving projects forward.
- Demonstrate a strong drive to improve processes and environments rather than conforming to the status quo.
