Rankona Mazon AB is seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support our fast-growing Amazon agency. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in streamlining our operations, preparing bookkeping and and lighter financial tasks for the accounting firm and facilitating effective communication within our team and with external partners.
Your primary focus will be to manage the schedules and priorities of our CEO, enabling him to concentrate on strategic initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills who can handle a variety of tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment. You are also an innovative and curious person who are using AI to be more effecient and productive.
You will need to possess excellent communication abilities and be comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Ideal candidates should thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and have a strong drive to contribute positively to our agency's success.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating meetings, and preparing important documents that are necessary for presentations.
You understand SoMe, LinkedIn in particular, and want to help the CEO and the agency to grow the following and increase the views of the communication continously.
You are open to evolve in the role and together with the CEO develop and finetune your role and your tasks as the agency grows.

We are initially looking for a part time solution. Together with the growth of the agency the goal is to make this a full time job.
