They are a results-oriented digital marketing agency that partners with businesses, especially in the local services industry tied to home renovation and construction, to drive measurable growth and stronger market presence. They specialize in creating data-driven strategies tailored to each partner’s unique needs, delivering services such as paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), web design and development, marketing automation, and lead generation.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Automations/AI expert to help build a highly automated, AI-driven operational environment. This role focuses on eliminating repetitive tasks, improving internal efficiency, and partnering closely with the Operations Manager to solve operational bottlenecks across multiple departments. The work directly supports major goals centered around automation, AI standardization, efficiency, and scalable operations.

Responsibilities:

• Build, optimize, and maintain n8n, Zapier, and Make workflows that automate high-volume, repetitive processes.
• Work directly with the Operations Manager to diagnose bottlenecks and design automation solutions.
• Integrate n8n, Zapier, Make with CRMs, analytics tools, communication platforms, project management systems, and AI models.
• Develop LLM-driven workflows, prompt systems, and agentic automations to support internal teams.
• Improve data flow, task routing, onboarding workflows, reporting workflows, and other core processes.
• Maintain documentation, testing processes, and reliable governance for all automation systems.
• Identify automation opportunities in our daily operations to increase efficiency.
• Maintain and refine existing automations, ensuring they are effective and up-to-date.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in automations and AI.
• Advanced experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, (cloud or self-hosted).
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and error-handling logic.
• Ability to build multi-step workflows with branching, custom functions, and scalable architecture.
• Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), embeddings, and AI agent design.
• Experience connecting tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Workspace, ClickUp, CallRail, or similar systems.
• A systems-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to operational impact.

Benefits

• 💼 Full-Time Position: M–F Business Hours EST
• 💵 Salary: $3,000/month USD (Negotiable)
• 🏠 PTO: Holiday break late Dec–early Jan
