WHO WE ARE
RightSite helps EMS agencies use their most limited resource, crews and units, where they matter most.
We partner directly with EMS in the field and through dispatch to support real-time clinical decision-making for non-emergent patients. Using telehealth, ER physicians and patient navigators, we help crews safely redirect appropriate patients to the right level of care, reducing unnecessary transports while preserving readiness for true emergencies.
The result is better patient experience, higher-quality care, and more available EMS capacity for the calls that cannot wait.
WHO YOU ARE
Manager, EMS Partnerships: As the primary relationship owner for RightSite’s EMS partners, your core responsibility is ensuring the health and effectiveness of these partnerships. Your focus is not on traditional account management, but rather on the success of the partnership itself. It is to help EMS agencies redirect the right amount of volume, enough to free up crews for critical emergencies, without compromising safety, trust, or operations.
You build durable relationships with EMS leadership, operations teams, dispatch, and field users. You understand how EMS actually works: shift pressure, dispatch constraints, crew skepticism, and the realities of public service. You show up as a credible partner who helps agencies use RightSite in ways that fit their workflows and improve outcomes on the ground.
This is not a quota-carrying sales role. You support growth by ensuring agencies succeed after launch, through strong adoption, ongoing optimization, and visible operational value. When EMS agencies trust the model, expansion follows naturally.
You work closely with Sales, Implementation, Clinical Operations, and Leadership to ensure each partner has what they need to redirect patients appropriately, sustain adoption over time, and keep crews available for true emergencies.
