What Your Day Might Look Like:
- Explore customer data to understand how behaviors translate into meaningful insights.
- Translate business briefs into clear, logical rules for campaign targeting and decisioning.
- Support the setup, testing, and validation of CRM campaigns to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with data engineers, marketers, and decisioning experts to deliver impactful customer experiences.
- Document processes and maintain data accuracy across systems.
Requirements
Your Superpowers 🚀
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Management Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or another analytical field.
- Analytical mindset — you love solving problems with structure and logic.
- Attention to detail — you care about accuracy and data integrity.
- Curiosity — you want to understand how data flows and decisions are made.
- Comfort with digital tools and the ability to learn new platforms fast.
- Familiarity (even academic) with SQL, Excel, or Power BI; knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both technical and business teams.
- Eagerness to grow into CRM, marketing automation, or customer decisioning platforms such as Pega, Salesforce, or MS Dynamics.
