Our client is a science-backed eCommerce wellness brand with a strong emphasis on education, credibility, and long-term brand trust. The team includes a Creative Director and Graphic Designer, but is currently missing a dedicated marketing owner to coordinate execution, manage external partners, and provide clear visibility into performance. As the business scales, leadership is seeking a hands-on marketing manager to bring structure, alignment, and accountability across channels.

The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the central point of ownership for marketing execution and coordination across the organization. This role is responsible for translating high-level business goals into clear marketing initiatives, managing vendors and workflows, and ensuring performance is tracked and communicated effectively.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in organization, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability. The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, creative, and specialized marketing partners to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive, aligned, and results-driven.
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing priorities across organic, paid, email, SEO, and partnership initiatives
Ensure messaging, timing, and channel execution are aligned across teams to avoid siloed efforts
Maintain consistency in brand positioning by reinforcing the brand’s science-based, educational approach across all marketing touchpoints
Partner closely with the Creative Director to brief creative, set priorities, and ensure execution aligns with broader marketing goals
Own and manage the affiliate program, including partner identification, onboarding, content coordination, and performance tracking
Identify and develop social-first partnership opportunities with creators, affiliates, and brand-aligned collaborators on TikTok and Instagram
Ensure affiliate and partnership content aligns with campaign objectives, brand standards, and compliance requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and agencies (e.g., paid media, SEO)
Set clear expectations around scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
Own project management workflows in Zoho, including timelines, task tracking, and cross-team coordination
Regularly review performance and recommend improvements to efficiency and ROI
Own marketing reporting across channels, providing leadership with clear and actionable performance visibility
Analyze results to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
Collaborate closely with the Email & CRM Specialist to align lifecycle data, attribution, and insights
Work closely with the Creative Director and Graphic Designer to ensure creative assets support campaign objectives
Develop and submit clear briefs to creative and copy teams, including objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Provide direction and prioritization to content creators and contractors
Improve team cohesion through organized workflows, communication norms, and accountability
Use Ninety (90) to manage weekly meetings, to-dos, and quarterly priorities
3–4+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel marketing initiatives from planning through execution
Experience working with eCommerce, health, wellness, or education-driven brands strongly preferred
Experience working with Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or any other CRM.
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfort managing both internal stakeholders and external vendors
Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
Ownership-driven with a strong bias toward execution
Proactive problem solver who brings structure to fast-moving environments
Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
Marketing initiatives are clearly prioritized, organized, and executed on schedule
Leadership has consistent visibility into marketing performance and ROI
Vendors and internal teams are aligned and accountable
Reduced friction and inefficiency across marketing operations
