Scale Army Careers·21 days ago
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.
Scale Army is a fast-moving recruiting agency that wins by speed, volume, and quality of candidate flow. Our recruiters move fast — and you keep them supplied with a nonstop pipeline of qualified candidates. You are the growth engine behind the whole operation.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own candidate acquisition end to end.
This is a player–coach role. You will personally run and scale paid acquisition while managing and directing a small content team that supports candidate attraction. You own the function, the funnel, and the results.
You should be deeply hands-on, highly analytical, and comfortable making fast decisions that directly impact recruiter output and revenue.
Paid Acquisition (Core Focus — ~70–80%)
Run and scale paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
Own CPL, CPA, CTR, and full-funnel conversion rates
Build and optimize landing pages and candidate funnels
Run continuous A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and copy
Set up and maintain tracking and conversion events (with support)
Report weekly on performance, insights, and next actions
Keep candidate flow consistent, predictable, and scalable
Content Team Management & Function Leadership (~20–30%)
You manage the candidate acquisition function and the content contributors supporting it.
Manage and direct 2 content coordinators focused on candidate-facing content
Set priorities, briefs, formats, and messaging based on funnel needs
Review, approve, and iterate on creatives before launch
Provide clear feedback and direction based on performance data
Ensure brand consistency across all candidate touchpoints
Decide which paid channels and creative angles to double down on
Manage a monthly ad budget and make tradeoff decisions
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to align funnel volume with recruiter capacity
Recruiters should never run dry
Funnels should always be converting
CPL should always be trending down
Content output, creative quality, and paid performance all roll up to you
Have 3+ years of hands-on paid campaign management experience
Live inside ad dashboards and performance reports
Think in experiments, not opinions
Know how to diagnose funnel issues and fix them fast
Have experience running Meta and LinkedIn campaigns
Can work fast, independently, and with high ownership
Know how to manage creatives and people without becoming a bottleneck
Want to own a function, not just execute tasks
You are the single person responsible for keeping candidate flow alive.
Your work directly impacts recruiter productivity and company revenue.
If you like roles where your impact is visible, measurable, and mission-critical, you’ll thrive here!
