Our client is a software company providing end-to-end solutions for private lenders, supporting payday, auto, and student financing operations. They have recently expanded their product suite with a new offering tailored to furniture retailers and are experiencing significant growth driven by successful demand-generation campaigns. As a result, they are scaling their sales development efforts to manage a high volume of inbound and re-engaged leads.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in managing a large and active sales pipeline, focusing on lead outreach, qualification, and demo coordination. This position is responsible for engaging prospects across multiple channels, maintaining accurate pipeline data, and ensuring qualified leads are successfully booked into demos with the VP of Sales.
This is a highly operational and execution-focused role that directly impacts sales efficiency, conversion rates, and overall pipeline health. The SDR will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support a smooth and effective lead-to-demo process.
Manage a pipeline of 200+ leads across various stages, including unbooked leads, no-shows, and reschedules
Conduct outreach via email, phone, and text to qualify prospects and rebook demos
Document all lead interactions accurately within the CRM system
Rebook and reschedule demos while keeping prospects engaged throughout the process
Maintain real-time pipeline updates to ensure accurate tracking of lead progress
Work closely with the VP of Sales to ensure timely follow-ups and alignment with sales priorities
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve the lead-to-demo workflow
Support the VP of Sales by identifying insights from lead data and contributing to process improvements
Provide regular reporting on lead status, outreach activity, and demo conversion rates
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales development or similar role
Proven experience with lead qualification, outreach, and demo booking
Background in SaaS or financial services is a plus
Experience using CRM tools, preferably GoHighLevel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a high volume of leads simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Comfort using email, phone, and text-based outreach tools
Solid understanding of sales pipeline management and qualification best practices
Self-starter mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Consistent and accurate pipeline updates with reliable reporting
Achievement of at least 15 demo bookings per week through outreach efforts
Strong contribution to sales growth through high-quality demo scheduling
Meeting or exceeding quarterly demo booking and conversion targets
Deep understanding of the company’s software offerings and ability to communicate value clearly
