Role Purpose
The Senior Executive – Air Partners supports the management and execution of airline partnerships to ensure effective implementation of commercial agreements, reliable capacity access, and strong partner performance. The role focuses on coordination, contract administration, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Air Partner Coordination
- Support day-to-day coordination with airline partners on commercial and operational matters.
- Act as a primary contact for routine partner queries, escalations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate capacity confirmations, schedule changes, and operational alignment with partners.
- Support preparation, review, and administration of air partner agreements including interline, SPA, block space, and capacity contracts.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor partner performance against contractual terms (capacity, rates, SLAs, utilization).
- Identify deviations, risks, or non-compliance and escalate with supporting analysis.
- Prepare regular partner performance reports, dashboards, and summaries for management.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with Pricing, Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure proper implementation of partner agreements.
- Support alignment between partner terms and pricing, sales, and operational execution.
- Assist in onboarding new partners and implementing contract changes.
- Support process improvements, standardization, and system enhancements related to air partner management.
Market & Commercial Support
- Support market and competitor monitoring related to partner capacity and cooperation.
- Assist in preparing commercial analyses, presentations, and business cases for management review.
- Provide administrative and analytical support for partner meetings and reviews.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in airline, air cargo, commercial, partnerships, or contract-related roles.
- Prior exposure to airline partnerships or commercial operations is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Basic analytical and commercial understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to airline systems is a plus.
