We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our growing team in Manila! In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, contract administration, and maintenance of employee records.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely HR services while supporting a fast-paced, international gaming environment with a non-corporate culture. Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end HR services, including preparation of employment contracts, amendments, certifications, and other employment- and compensation-related documents.
- Maintain and manage employee 201 files and HR records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Encode and update employee information in HR and payroll systems.
- Monitor and track working time, attendance, and leave records.
- Ensure validity and compliance of pre-employment and ongoing requirements such as medical examinations and mandatory trainings (e.g., health and safety).
- Coordinate closely with the Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Support HR compliance requirements and internal audits as needed.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in an HR operations or HR generalist role.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Experience handling different employment arrangements (regular, project-based, probationary, fixed-term, etc).
- Relevant experience in an international environment is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
