Client Communication: Communicate effectively to understand client needs and present solutions that align with their goals.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets through strategic outreach and client engagement.
Collaboration and Strategy Development: Work closely with the internal team to refine sales strategies, share market feedback, and optimize outreach efforts to improve overall performance.
Fluency in German: Proficiency in both spoken and written German is essential.
Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) to manage leads and track sales activities.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
Self-Starter: A proactive individual with a passion for closing deals and meeting targets.
Efficient Time Management: Ability to balance multiple prospects and tasks effectively.
