Using our proprietary financial leadership process, you will serve as a senior advisor and lead initiatives in pricing strategy, operational reporting, incentive compensation plans, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business strategy.
We measure success by measurable improvement in client operating profit margins.

This is a 100% remote role, offering location flexibility to work from home anywhere in Texas or Georgia for approximately 30 hours per week.
The Opportunity
As a Financial Leadership Partner (FLP) you will:
- Serve as a trusted CFO-level financial leader for a portfolio of SMB clients, guiding them on the Path to 12% profitability.
- Lead financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for multiple client engagements.
- Design and customize financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and operational scorecards aligned to client goals.
- Facilitate executive-level conversations that drive pricing optimization, margin expansion, labor efficiency, and operational improvement.
- Interpret financial data and translate insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve methodologies, client delivery, and service offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- 10–20 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or consulting.
- Background in management consulting, fractional CFO, CFO, Controller, FP&A, or senior financial leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience working with small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs).
- Entrepreneurial or business-owner mindset with a desire to help grow a mission-driven firm.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to convert analysis into execution.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- High comfort level with financial modeling, dashboards, data analytics, and decision-support tools.
- Passion for helping business owners succeed financially, operationally, and personally.
- Must reside in Texas or Georgia.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership with titles such as CFO, Fractional CFO, Controller, FP&A Director, or Financial Consultant.
- Hands-on experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses ($3M–$50M+ in annual revenue).
- Proven ability to drive profitability improvement, margin expansion, and cash flow optimization through financial analysis.
- Experience with financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Previous business owner or entrepreneurial experience considered a strong plus.
- Must reside in Texas or Georgia.
