What You Will Do
We’re looking for a strategic and customer-centric leader to join our team as a Customer Success Manager, overseeing a portfolio of Key accounts in APAC. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving retention, expansion, and long-term customer success. You'll develop deep partnerships within your accounts, identifying new opportunities to add value, proactively managing renewals, and aligning think-cell usage with strategic business goals.
