The Development Student will support the management and analysis of a diverse portfolio of institutional land, contributing to strategic initiatives that explore how school properties can be optimized to support asset renewal, community needs, workforce housing, and innovative land-use solutions. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, the role supports property analysis, applied research, and early-stage development concepts, while contributing to the advancement of an asset and land strategy through data-driven insights, best-practice research, and coordinated project support.

Flexible Work

Hiring Pay Rate
