Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy GoHighLevel™ Specialist to manage, optimize, and automate workflows within the GoHighLevel™ platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building campaigns, automations, and CRM processes to support marketing, sales, and operations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage GoHighLevel CRM accounts, pipelines, and automation workflows
- Build and optimize marketing funnels, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and follow-up sequences
- Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools and platforms (Zapier, Calendly, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy, organization, and proper tagging
- Support lead management, client communications, and campaign tracking
- Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure automations function correctly
- Document workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with team members to align GoHighLevel processes with business goals
- Provide ongoing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (campaigns, automations, pipelines)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and workflow optimization
- Comfortable integrating GoHighLevel with third-party tools and APIs
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant, marketing specialist, or automation specialist is a plus
Working Hours:
- Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
