We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, building scalable, cloud-based software solutions for our clients. This role involves end-to-end ownership of feature development across frontend and backend systems, active participation in architectural decisions, and close collaboration with product and design teams. The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack experience, cloud and serverless expertise, and practical use of AI-assisted development tools to deliver high-quality, maintainable software.
Design, develop, and deploy complex end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems.
Write clean, scalable, well-tested, and maintainable code.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Contribute to architectural decisions, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
Continuously evaluate and adopt tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve engineering efficiency and quality.
Apply AI-assisted development tools (e.g., planning, code generation, intelligent testing) effectively in daily workflows, with a clear understanding of their limitations.
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Strong experience designing and implementing serverless architectures in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
Experience with backend development languages, including Python, in cloud and serverless architectures
Solid knowledge of relational database design, data modeling, and query optimization.
Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
Hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies and frameworks such as Svelte or React, including meta-frameworks like SvelteKit or Next.js.
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and automated deployment workflows.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to technical decision-making.
