Location of the role: Tokyo
As a Key Account Manager at TrustYou, you will be stationed in Japan and work with our international team of Key Account Managers and together will be responsible for achieving strategic sales goals.
As our ideal candidate you come with extensive experience in Sales in the hospitality industry. You convince us with your excellent communication skills (both oral and written), and your positive mindset.

- Actively promoting the use of TrustYou products with our clients and make their guest experience successful
- Hosting regular online and offline trainings and presentations
- Preparing and negotiating proposals or contracts for clients
- Working closely with customers to develop product usage strategies and understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products
- Communicating customer requirements to the product team and manage customer expectations
- Conducting presentations at trade shows, seminars, workshops, and site visits and conferences
- Developing strategic plans, forecasts and budgets

- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience selling technology solutions in the hospitality industry.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and clients.
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills and closing skills

- Are flexible and eager to work in a team of young aspiring professionals
- Are results driven and comfortable driving against a quota.
- Have business level English - written and spoken. Fluency in the Korean language is a BIG plus.
