Requirements
Must-have skills
- Backend engineering experience: at least 5 years of backend engineering experience in one or more programming languages (Python, Java).
- Team Leadership: at least 1 year of experience in leading teams or projects, including mentoring, code reviews, and owning delivery.
- Experience with Prompt/Context Engineering is preferred or demonstrate self-learning Prompt/Context Engineering.
- System Architecture Design: Strong experience in designing and implementing system architectures, including defining technical solutions and making high-level design decisions.
- AI Tools: Proficient with Claude Code, or other autonomous capable coding agent. Comfortable integrating AI tools into the development workflow.
- Product-obsessed: You live and breathe product thinking—you’re not just here to generate code, but to own the product and drive its success. You focus on solving customer problems and delivering experiences that make a difference.
