They are seeking a motivated Investor Relations Assistant to support their fundraising efforts and maintain robust investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initial Outreach: Conduct preliminary outreach to potential investment leads to support fundraising initiatives. This includes light research and note-taking on prospective investors.​
• Scheduling and Follow-ups: Manage appointment scheduling, coordinate follow-ups, and organize investment materials to ensure timely and effective communication with investors.​
• Investor Communication: Engage in initial phone calls with investors to prequalify leads and develop ongoing relationships with the investor base. Clear and strong communication skills are essential.​
• Administrative Support: Provide executive assistant support, including organizing and maintaining investor information and electronic files.​
