Marketing Specialist to Severa by Visma!

Severa by Visma is looking for a Marketing Specialist to strengthen our presence in the Nordic market. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives for our Professional Services Automation (PSA) product, with Sweden as your primary focus and additional responsibility for Norway and Denmark. You will drive campaigns, local demand generation, partner marketing, and brand visibility. You will collaborate closely with the Nordic marketing team and the sales organization. 

The role reports to the Head of Marketing, based in Gothenburg where we offer a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to work from our modern Citygate office or partially remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the voice of our partners' marketing needs, requests and opportunities.

• Lead, execute and optimize marketing and partner activities for the Swedish market.

• Coordinate the annual marketing plan, including partner communication, campaigns, events, and MDF/marketing budgets.

• Develop, localize, and improve content in collaboration with our content specialist and external agency.

• Work closely with partner sales to support partner activation, pipeline growth, and market expansion.

• Manage local projects such as events, webinars, and industry presence.

• Monitor performance, analyze results and report on KPIs.

• Ensure brand consistency and alignment with our marketing strategy.

• Act as the local marketing expert, providing insights on market trends, competitors, and partner/customer needs.

Required Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Swedish, with excellent English proficiency. 

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, tech, or professional services.

• Proven experience in partner marketing or a similar field.

• Highly service‑oriented and motivated by working in a dynamic, growth‑focused environment.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Possibility to occasionally travel within the Nordics.

Meritorious

• Experience working with growth marketing in Nordic or multi‑market teams.

• Background in PSA, ERP, CRM, or related software industries.

• Familiarity with professional content creation and localization.
