Wecommunications·about 1 month ago
At We., we've spent decades at the intersection of technology and humanity, bridging the gap between what businesses create and how people experience those creations. We've learned that beneath even the most unruly situations — whether it's a global crisis, an emerging technology, or a sweeping organizational change—lies a simple human need. That need could be for trust, connection, safety, or a sense of purpose. But it’s always there. And it is only by uncovering these truths that we can make real, meaningful progress.
Executive Assistants provide dedicated support to one or more Sr. Executives (SVP+) with email management, calendaring, travel, internal correspondence on the executive’s behalf, expense reports, team and document organization and calls, meetings and events.
They are creative administrative problem solvers and are great at thinking on their feet using strategic foresight and bringing a point of view. They are objective and discreet with sensitive information, diplomatic and have a proven track record of managing a variety of stakeholders with the utmost professionalism. They are calm under pressure, juggling multiple priorities simultaneously and provide excellent support across the agency.
Executive Assistants are organized and proactive, anticipating the needs of executives and team, and get ahead of questions. They work independently and know how to effectively collaborate with others across the agency to get the job done, while managing many priorities in a productive way.
