Medical Resident (PGY3 or above)

This role is for one of our clients

We are seeking medical residents from any specialty (excluding radiology) to contribute to an advanced project with a leading AI research team. This role focuses on medical reasoning involving detailed lab data, and is ideal for residents who are confident in interpreting and analyzing diagnostic results.

You will collaborate with top AI researchers, applying clinical expertise to evaluate, refine, and stress-test AI medical systems. Your work will involve creating diagnostic case scenarios as well as developing scoring rubrics that define what constitutes an accurate, high-quality clinical response.

Note: Applicants will be required to complete a paid 2-hour training session and pass a skills assessment prior to joining the project.

Role Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based residency program (PGY3 or above).
• Not specializing in Radiology.
• Hold a U.S.-based MD or DO degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Comfortable working fully remote and asynchronously.
• Interest in advancing AI in healthcare and medical applications.

Opportunity Details

• Fully remote and asynchronous work environment.
• Expected workload: 20–40 hours per week.
• Minimum project duration: three months, with the possibility of extension.

• Weekly payments processed via Stripe Connect. ($110 per hour)
