As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will own end-to-end revenue and growth initiatives, driving strategy, planning, and execution in close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will lead from the front by building strong, long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value deals while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and trust. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong execution capabilities, and a focus on sustainable growth and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets across mid-to-large enterprise accounts.
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through consultative and solution-led selling.
- Lead complex sales discussions with senior decision-makers across finance, operations, and leadership teams.
- Present fintech, SaaS, or expense/financial management solutions effectively, aligning offerings to customer needs.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to solution demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Ensure a seamless handover post-sale and maintain ongoing engagement to maximize customer success.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, focusing on long-term value creation.
- Monitor industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscapes to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve lead quality, solution positioning, and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions is highly preferred.
- Exposure to financial products, expense management, ERP, or CRM solutions is an advantage.
- High level of ownership, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
