We’re looking for a Senior Business Partner to join our team in, Poeldijk, Netherlands.

A strategic advisor who works closely with various business units to provide financial expertise, drive strategic decision-making, and improve financial performance. The role moves beyond traditional accounting by using data analysis to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and influence the business toward achieving its goal.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive impactful decision-making through the development of customer, costing, and financial models.
• Deliver insightful analysis by maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial models with clear cost visibility.
• Partner with the operations team to determine the optimal product and customer mix for the business.
• Lead detailed variance analysis comparing actuals, budgets, forecasts, and prior years.
• Support key business decisions by providing expert financial guidance and insight.
• Monitor spending, track performance, and champion cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
• Play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Strengthen financial systems and lead ERP implementation to enhance data integration and performance.
• Mentor and develop finance professionals, fostering growth and capability within the team.
• Collaborate across functions to align financial strategy with business goals and drive transformation projects.
