Our products are used daily (and you will have most certainly received a message from us) by over 98% of GP practices and half of NHS hospitals, impacting millions of lives. As a Bid Lead, your role will be mission-critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS. You'll directly enable faster, safer, and more accessible patient care.
To give a flavour of what you might be working on, right now we are focused on:
Implementing our AI Scribe across GP practices, hospitals, and other care settings, and ensuring every patient leaves an appointment with a clearly documented summary
Translating our expertise from implementing total triage in GP practices to improve how hospital specialist services deliver care
Powering communication for Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, a new type of service bringing together staff from different organisations that is pivotal to the government’s 10-year plan
Leading High-Stakes Responses: You will lead bid responses for multi-million value national, trust-wide, and ICB-level bids.
Shaping Strategic Pursuits: You'll collaborate with opportunity owners to establish pursuit management strategies that maximize our influence and win probability.
Mastering the Framework Landscape: You will own our response to key strategic procurement frameworks and identify new opportunities that support our long-term growth.
We need a Bid Lead who embodies our Principles and thrives on significant challenges. We're seeking the core skills below, coupled with a mindset ready for real impact.
Extensive Tender Experience: Proven track record of responding to complex, high-value tenders, often concurrently.
Strategic Pursuit Management: Ability to coordinate large, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality responses to strict deadlines.
Excellent Bid Writing: Exceptional writing skills with an intense focus on exceeding requirements and creating compelling win strategies.
Process Excellence: A "completer-finisher" mindset with a focus on robust bid qualification and continuous improvement of the bid function.
Analytical Reporting: Capability to establish processes for reporting key bid activities and metrics to improve business-wide visibility.
Healthcare & SaaS Knowledge (Bonus): Knowledge of public procurement (Procurement Act, Social Value Model), SaaS offerings, or direct health system experience.

£65,000 - £85,000 salary + £50,750 in share options
