What You Will Do
- Support RCM Account Managers with client inquiries and identify areas of improvement.
- Oversee and provide coaching to a multi-disciplinary team of offshore team members.
- Complete complex denials follow-up and appeals and support AR management and payment posting functions.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve unpaid claims.
- Research and resolve payment and adjustment discrepancies.
- Submit claims’ reconsiderations and appeals.
- Resolve patient queries and verify insurance coverage.
- Present reports to Account Managers informing them of offshore KPIs and A/R health status.
What it Takes to Join the Family
- Experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or similar position preferred.
- Offshore management and collaboration experience required.
- Understanding of referrals and pre-authorizations, eligibility and benefits verification, and insurance billing
- Manage critical deadlines and keen attention to detail.
- Task oriented personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented atmosphere.
- Work successfully both on a team and independently.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to escalate concerns to the appropriate person and/or department.
- Communicate and collaborate with Accounts Receivable Specialists, insurance companies, patients, and leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds at times.

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to our RCM Account Managers. The salary range for this position is: $50,000 - $52,000.
Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs.
