Drive sales initiatives tightly aligned to market realities and group targets;
Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis
Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end: targets, dealers, tools, and clear accountability for results
Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders; escalate blockers and push corrective actions fast
Work cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing)
First working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations or in a dynamic, fast-paced international scale-up environment
SQL knowledge, experience using GSheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets, CRM experience is a plus
Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English, other EU languages are a plus
