Our team cares wildly about delivering ambitious and profitable growth across all of our markets and brands. We’re firmly focused on growing profitably, whilst also keeping an eye on the long term commercial view, and our wider business goals, in everything that we do.

We’re a distributed team, and we currently have team members all across Europe & the UK! This role is based in our Amsterdam office with an expectation of being in the Amsterdam office or our Amstelveen warehouse location 1- 2 days a week, or more if you prefer. We work very frequently with almost all other functions across the business, so we’re really proud of our ability to collaborate effectively and are always looking for ways to connect and work together; making use of both our virtual tools and our lovely offices. We come together as a full team once a year in either London or Amsterdam for a team offsite, and throughout the rest of the year we gather in our respective country teams as frequently as we can!
💻 What you’ll be doing
Reporting to our Head of Subscriptions (bloomon), you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of our subscriptions for the bloomon brand. Covering 5 geographies, you’ll collaborate with the bloomon subs working group (WG) - our cross-functional team focused on bloomon subs, including members of the acquisition, marketing innovation, product, brand, creative, business intelligence teams, plus more! - to positively impact the key metrics we care about. You’ll be an important driving force behind making things happen and progressing us towards our goals.
We have big growth and profitability ambitions for the subscriptions part of our business. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s excited by the idea of working for a fast paced, data-driven business, who’s got some exciting challenges to solve!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project manage the execution of initiatives cross-functionally across the working group (eg. test a new welcome video, sign up flow testing, cancellation flow testing), as well as execute on individual projects (eg. benchmark the digital journeys of peer subscription companies)
- Conduct analysis to investigate the impact of tests we’ve run, to inform if we roll a test out to all customers, test a different iteration, or never do it again
- For more complex analysis, collaborate with the BI (Business Intelligence) team to understand the performance of tests we’ve run
- Own, implement and improve our initiatives to send wonderful surprises to our customers
- Be the voice of our customer, synthesising customer NPS data and surfacing important themes; where we’re doing well, and where we need to make improvements
- Be the “go to” person to problem solve when our customers are facing an issue, coordinating a customer-first response with our CD (Customer Delight) team
- Work closely with our operational teams (Flowers, Warehouse Ops) to ensure our flowers are amazing quality and ensure physical tests we run smoothly
- Collaborate with our counterparts for eComm bloomon (gifting) to run tests across the bloomon brand (eg. run tests on our homepage)
- Track progress against our quarterly objectives, and the progress of initiatives the WG are working on in order to achieve those objectives! Be across all moving parts and flag any blockers
- Own the preparation of slide decks and commentary for monthly performance meetings
We will ask for you to visit our warehouse in Amstelveen semi-regularly (an average of once a week) to enable close collaboration with our operational teams there.
